Who Are We?

The Cartel Compensation Group (CCG) was recently formed for the purpose of assisting companies discover whether they are, or have been, the victims of price-fixing and other types of anti-competitive behaviour and to take the appropriate remedial steps.

This is a new service, unique in Australia, aimed at protecting your company and brands from the possibility of significant damage from cartel and other anti-competitive behaviour, either internal or external to the company.

Another purpose is to recover damages from any external cartel behaviour.

CCG will also help to safeguard companies from cartel behaviour occurring within the organisation. Such conduct can incur severe financial penalties for companies and individuals, as well as loss of reputation and brand value. In the near future, such conduct may also involve imprisonment.
